「感染リスク」という日本語を非常によく見るので（熟語化している）、英語でどういうのかを調べてみた。以下、Googleを使って訳語を確定する手順:
冠詞について、英語版ウィキペディア、Risk of infectionの記述では:
前置詞のofとforの使い分けについては、Googleウェブ検索で「"risk of infection" "risk for infection"」で調べてみたが、調べてみるまでもなく、これは検索でわかる話ではない。ネイティヴ英語話者に確認するか、より厳密なソース（例えば医学系出版物の用語集・表記基準など）にあたる必要があるだろう。この件、see also: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/125215288450802...
一般論として、riskは可算名詞としても不可算名詞としても用いられるが、「感染リスク」についてはGoogleウェブ検索で「"risks of infection"」と複数形でフレーズ検索をすると「複数形のsは要らないよ」みたいな扱いを受ける。ただし、"risks of infection" という複数形の検索結果を排除はせず、そのまま示してくれてはいる。下図（キャプチャ画像: 2020年4月20日16:56 JST取得）を参照。
