「ロックダウンを解除する」などと述べるときに使われている。目的語は漠然としたlockdownという表現のこともあるし、restrictionsのように具体的になることもあるし、法的に効力のあるorderが来ることもある。英米差はないみたいだが、lift以外に何か別の表現もあるかもしれない。
